Snowflake Wishes Bundle                                                                      #155172              $55.75                  Aug – Dec Mini 38

Wink of Stella                                                                                         #141897              $8                          AC 147

Select 2 sizes of circles.  I used one that measures approx. 3 ¼” (outside measurement)  and one  approx.. 2 ¾”

Cut 1 large Circle out of Whisper White, 1 out of Pool Party, and 2 out of Window sheets.  Set aside.

Next, nest the smaller circle inside the larger, evenly spaced, and cut it out with a Die Cut Machine. You’ll use the frame and discard the center circle. (Save these small circles for another project.)

Make 8 frames of Whisper White and 1 frame Pool Party.

On scrap white cardstock, stamp and color your images that will be used. I used the Racoon, small tree and “wheeee!”. Color with Stampin’ Blends and use dies to cut out.  Also stamp a snowflake using Pool Party ink and die cut it out.

Build:  Begin with the large white circle, and glue a white frame on to the top of it. Repeat until you’ve used 4 white frames. Glue the tree down inside the circles and add a few self-adhesive snowflakes to background. Add a pinch of sequins.  Glue on 1 clear circle, sealing the shaker elements inside. Attach Raccoon and “wheeeee” to clear circle. Glue on last 4 white frames, last clear circle, and then the Pool Party frame.

Loop a piece of Ribbon (about 6”) and secure it to the back of the White Circle.  Stamp a sentiment onto the Pool Party Circle, then glue it onto the back of the shaker tag. It will sandwich and help secure your ribbon loop as well.

Make a bow and add it to the front using Glue Dots.  Attach the pool party snowflake.  Add Wink of Stella to snowflake if you want additional shimmer.

Z-Fold Christmas Card

We made this simple but "WOW" card that features a Z-fold.  It also folds up nice and flat for easy mailing. But unfolds and sits up nicely when opened.  This is going to look great displayed on a friend or family member's mantle at Christmas time. The colors are Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler because the DSP I had on hand coordinated with those colors.  If using Christmas DSP that has Real Red and Garden Green (or Mossy Meadow) just substitute your cardstock colors to match. Of course the style of this card would work for ANY occasion, not just Christmas.

All directions and dimensions below....

Whisper White cardstock 3 ½” x 11”    Scored at 2” & 6 ½”

Holiday Rhinestones                                                                                #150457              $6                          AC 156

*If using DSP that has Real Red and Garden Green instead, swap your colored cardstock colors accordingly.

Some options include: Heartwarming hugs                                          #153492              $11.50                  Aug-Dec Mini 9

                                             Poinsettia Place                                        #153487              $11.50               Aug – Dec Mini 15

Punch out 8 trees from DSP (the 2 for the front of card should be the same design). Set aside.

Stamp “Merry Christmas” in Cherry Cobbler ink on the 3 ½” x 4 ½” piece of Whisper White cardstock.

Attach 2 of the matching trees to the front of card, under the words (1 tree has been folded vertically down center and gets glued on to add a 3-D element). Set aside.

Fold the scored, white piece of 3 ½” x 11” white cardstock in a Z-fashion.

Stamp the words on the center panel and the last panel of that cardstock. Leave the 2” section blank.

Layer the back panel/base of the card: Shaded Spruce on bottom, then Cherry Cobbler.

Attach the Z -folded piece to the back/base of card. Fold/close the card in the way it will go.

Line up the card front (Shaded Spruce) with the base. The shaded spruce pieces should line up perfectly.

This will indicate where the Z-folded piece goes. (the 2” section gets glued to the back of the card front)

Attach remaining punched trees to the interior panels, using Stampin’ Dimensionals on center tress, if desired.

Add Holiday or plain Rhinestones to the tops of all trees.

Banner Year Christmas Card

I referred to this card because of the stamp set used: Banner Year, and it's coordinating Punch which is currently available as a Bundle.

But you could certainly opt for many other stamps - especially some of those smaller stamps that might not get used as much.  It is fun to stamp your strips of cardstock, creating patterns, and then simply line them up on the card. Add a sentiment and it's done!!

Fold the scored Smoky Slate cardstock, this is your card base. Attach the 5 ¼” x 4” Smoky Slate cardstock to card front.

Matching the ink color to the cardstock colors, stamp on each of the strips (Granny Apple Green and Real Red). For added depth, I used Shaded Spruce ink on one of the strips of Granny Apple Green.

Use the banners punch to make alternate ends on each strip. Attach strips to front of card.

Use the coordinating Stitched to Sweetly Dies to cut out the Smoky Slate and Whisper White tags for front of card.

Stamp images on the Smoky Slate tag using Smoky Slate, Real Red and Granny Apple Green inks.

Attach the gray and white tag pieces to each other then attach to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Add embellishments, if desired. I used frosted epoxy droplets and a white twine bow.

Add a layer of white cardstock to inside of card if desired.

Thanks for stopping by!
