Stamp Club May 2016

This past month, I watched Patty Bennet's video tutorial for Slash Cards.  Love how quick and simple these are.  I have so mush DSP that I want to use up before all the new DSP comes out in the 2016-2017 Annual Catalog (June 1)!!  This is just the technique to do it with!
Here are the cards we made at Stamp Club:

For the larger card, the card base measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and the DSP measures 4" x 4".
For the smaller card, the card base measures 3 1/2" x 5" and the DSP measures 3" x 4".

And here are some others that I've made:

Next is a quick, easy and VERY effective Congratulations Card.  We used the (retiring) set "Bravo" and also "Work of Art".  Our color scheme was Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Mint Macaron.

The third project is the fantastic Double Front Fold card.  You can get Learn How at Lisa's site.  I changed it up a bit by designing the card with a top fold instead, and made it using the "Going Places" suite (retiring)  from the 2016 Occasions catalog.  This makes a great Father's Day card!
There are 3 views.  The outside (first fold)...

The next layer (second fold)....

 And then the inside....

Really cool right? Thanks for checking out my blog today.
